MEMBER SPOTLIGHT Micheal Fuller
My name is Micheal Fuller and Ive been a member of Club BOOM – Daytona Beach for 3 years. When I moved to Florida in 2007 I weighed 405 lbs and Im only 55. I started out walking a couple miles a day. I met a friend, Donny Baseball that was working out at BOOM, so I joined.
One of the personal trainers Steve Tsitas and friend Kathy K. advised me of some foods to stay away from and some that I should eat more, while mixing in weight training. I started out small, working out 3 days/week. Ive fallen in love with the feeling and the results! I now work out 6 days/week and consume no more than 1,500 healthy calories/day.
The staff at BOOM has been truly good to me. They encourage me and are always on my side. Having good people around you is key.
After working out at BOOM I lost 45 lbs, and now with the continued plan I lost another 160 lbs. in the past 2 years.
Advice: Step one: Get into the gym, Step two: Stay in the gym.
