RECIPE OF THE MONTH Steak Salad Dressing
Grocery list 4 cups of extra virgin olive oil 4 cups of red wine vinegar 1/3 cup of finely chopped fresh basil 1 cup of cooking sherry ½ cup of simple syrup 2 tablespoons of kosher salt 2 tablespoons of fresh ground pepper
Whisk all ingredients except the olive oil until you feel like your arm is about to fall off. Toss on your steak salad then drizzle entire meal with olive oil.
